Good fats.

Meal 3 on the left (stir fry) and meal 4 on the right (grilled chicken). Same type of meals, but meal 3 with a bit more good fats ( 1 tbsp olive oil). Not in prep so I am using sauce with higher sodium for taste and at times better pump.
